Red Olive Restaurant prides in serving fresh, local produce and quality imported Italian ingredients. Our menu theory is based upon honest full flavoured Italian cuisine, mainly focusing on southern Italy and its surrounding regions. Head Chef Michele enjoys the beauty of Italian food, with having traveled in Italy on a food journey, he explored new territories of traditional Italian cooking. Owner Pasquale Polito brings his own family traditional recipes and cooking methods to the menu. Nicolo brings his authentic pizza method from Italy, producing beautiful pizza with fresh ingredients.
