Please see 'whats on' for valentine's day menu.
Welcome to Red Olive Restaurant We have taken our summer holidays and will be back from February 10th 2010. We look forward to a new year and a new exciting menu.
As you enter the Red Olive Restaurant, you will notice the influence of Spanish architect Gaudi blended with a touch of the Flintstones. The seven mosaic panels, designed and hand painted by local and well respected ceramisists Antonio and Susan Balletta, stimulate the visual senses creating a pictorial journey into the fine touches of Western Europe. The panels are complimented by the aromas emanating from the 'Ima Forni' Wood Fire Pizza Oven (2m base diameter) and backed by charismatic and saltry music which fills this acoustic chamber.
The Red Olive took nine months to design and construct. It was a labour of love for proprietor Pasquale Polito and his closest family & friends, Anthony Balletta, Mario Caruso, Aldo Polito & Pino & Tony Polito. The Red Olive, now in its the 8th year, with its open plan dining area, outdoor piazetta and indoor fire place is available for your enjoyment.
